PAW PAW, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A Van Buren County man has pled guilty to assault with intent to commit great bodily harm less than murder in an attack on his neighbor.
Fifty-eight-year-old Gregory Miller entered the plea on November 27 and had a charge of assault with intent to murder dropped.
Miller attacked his 79-year-old neighbor on September 29 when the older man was cutting firewood near the property line.
He admitted to deputies he had a long-standing dislike for the neighbor.
