(Reuters) – U.S. industrial conglomerate 3M Co said on Tuesday it would cut about 6,000 positions globally, in addition to the reduction of 2,500 global manufacturing roles announced in January 2023.
The St. Paul, Minnesota-based company reported an adjusted profit of $1.97 per share for the quarter ended March 31, down from $2.63 per share a year earlier.
