**UPDATE** Lansing Police: Woman found dead last week was not mauled to death. No foul play expected.
LANSING, MI — The death of a 36-year-old woman in Lansing may be related to a dog attack, according to Lansing Police. She was found dead around 8 p.m. Friday in the 34-hundred block of West Mount Hope Avenue.
Police were called there for a possible stabbing and found two dogs nearby. The dogs were seized by the Ingham County Animal Control Officers; police don’t think there is a threat to the public.
