KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Helping Hands Wellness Center holding it’s grand opening in downtown Kalamazoo on Saturday, April 15.
Hundreds turned out to the opening of the facility at 310 North Rose Street around 11 a.m. to include Kalamazoo City Mayor David Anderson.
Officials say Helping Hands Wellness is set to provide low-to-mid level outpatient health care services for the Kalamazoo community, and that the clinic was developed to help meet medical care needs of at-risk communities within Southwest Michigan.
Services include:
- Medical Assessments (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant)
- Nutritional Coaching (Dietitian/Nutritionist)
- Emotional Coaching (Social Work/Therapist)
- X-ray Imaging
- Lab Services
- Minor Procedures
- Urine Testing (Drug, Pregnancy, UTI)
- Wound Care
- COVD-19 Swabs
- Flu Swabs
- RSV Swabs
HHWC will provide services mainly on appointment but also will perform unscheduled walk-in medical care when able to do so.
