CALHOUN COUNTY, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – Two 37-year-old Battle Creek men were injured Saturday afternoon in a crash in the 8000 block of B Drive South.
The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office says it happened at about 3:00 p.m..
Deputies report the driver was life flighted by Aero Med to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo.
The passenger was extricated by Newton Township Fire and Emmett Township Fire and was also transported by LifeCare to Bronson in Kalamazoo.
The names of the two men were not released.
Deputies were assisted by Emmett Township Police as well.
The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office accident reconstruction team was on scene for the investigation and speed is believed to be a factor according to the Sheriff’s Department.
