DENVER, CO (WKZO AM/FM) – Detroit was defeated 38-10 by Denver on a day the Broncos honored the late Demaryius Thomas.
The Lions declined a delay of game penalty when the Broncos started the game off with just 10 players on the field as a tribute to Thomas.
During the game, the Lions never led, and Jared Goff threw a touchdown and an interception. Cornerback Jerry Jacobs injured his knee during the game and did not return to the field.
Detroit drops to 1-11-and-1, and they take on the Arizona Cardinals Sunday
