CALHOUN COUNTY, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Two recent cases of stolen property are under investigation in Calhoun County.
The first one happened in the 57000 block of Silver Street in Park Township sometime between the evening of Tuesday, August 24, and the morning of Wednesday, August 25. A resident said that up to 20 Craftsman wrenches were stolen from a barn along with a 12-volt car battery.
The other case involves a stolen vehicle earlier this week near S. Parham Rd. and Kosmerick Rd.. A 1965 white Chevrolet El Camino was taken sometime between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. The vehicle did not have an engine and was not operable. It is believed a trailer was used to take it.
