KALAMAZOO MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The coronavirus has caused the cancellation of numerous events over the last several months, including the latest one, as the 2021 Michigan Irish Music Festival has been cancelled, but it hasn’t stopped hot dog lovers in Kalamazoo, at least not totally.
The annual Kalamazoo Hot Dog Walk will once again go virtual, as organizers fit the event to meet the needs and requirements of the pandemic.
Instead of gathering on a school bus to travel to six locations around Kalamazoo, those taking part will receive vouchers from the restaurants involved that can be used during the year.
More information is available at www.hotdogwalk.com through May 6th.
