PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Commuters will need to take note of a lane closure on Monday that could impact their travels.
The Portage Department of Transportation and Utilities is advising of a lane closure on Portage Road south of Romence Road on Monday, March 29th.
The department says the closure will occur in the northbound curb lane beginning at 8 a.m., and that this project is necessary to complete utility work along the east side of Portage Road.
Motorists may wish to seek an alternate route to avoid possible delays.
The work is scheduled to be completed by 5 p.m., Monday, March 29th, weather permitting.
