LANSING, MI — Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday. Clocks spring ahead at 2 a.m. and will stay there until being turned back an hour on November 7th.
The good news is that days will now seem longer with daylight lasting until 8:00 p.m. or so. The bad news is everyone will lose an hour of sleep with the time change.
Fire officials say while you’re resetting the clocks, it’s also an excellent time to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
