U of M snags lineman previously set to attend Michigan State

ANN ARBOR, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The University of Michigan football team wrapped up National Signing Day by adding defensive linemen Rayshaun Benny. He had previously verbally committed to Michigan State University. UM has 23 high school prospects signed to the 2021 recruiting class.

Michigan State has signed 19 players to its 2021 recruiting class, including wide receiver Keon Coleman.

Coleman is listed as one of the best football prospects in his home state of Louisiana. As a highly regarded basketball recruit, he also plans to take the court with the Spartans basketball team.
