Spartans look for first Big Ten win tonight at Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (WKZO AM/FM) – In college basketball, number-11 Michigan State will play tonight at Minnesota in a Big Ten encounter.

The Spartans are 6-and-2, but 0-and-2 in conference play, after losses to Northwestern and Wisconsin.

Number-19 Michigan returns to the court Thursday to play at Maryland in a Big Ten contest.  The Wolverines are 7-and-0 after winning 80-69 last week at Nebraska.

Tomorrow, Central Michigan plays at Eastern Michigan.
