EAST LANSING, MI — Time is running out for the fall high school sports seasons in the state to be completed. The Michigan High School Athletic Association is holding a meeting Friday morning to determine the way forward not only for the fall sports season, but the winter season as well.
All high school sports have been put on hold due to emergency health department orders that bar many social gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The current orders implemented by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer are due to expire December 20.
