POTTERVILLE, MI — The Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC) this week issued emergency suspensions of the liquor licenses and permits for an additional eight businesses across Michigan, including one establishment in Potterville.
MLCC Commissioners ordered emergency suspensions of the liquor license and permit held by Charlie’s Bar and Grill in Potterville. The restaurant and bar, which is located at 116 E. Lansing Rd US 27, was cited for multiple violations of the current Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Emergency Order prohibiting indoor dining and bar service.
Indoor dining restrictions in the state are in place through at least December 20.
