LANSING, MI — The Michigan Restaurant and Lodging Association (MLRA) in Lansing is suing the state of Michigan to try to stop the COVID-19 pandemic order from taking place today.
That order moves restaurants to carryout, outdoor dining, and delivery only for the next three weeks.
MRLA president and CEO Justin Winslow says they sued to prevent “outright devastation of restaurant operators and their hundreds of thousands of employees across the state.”
