LANSING, MI — The cajun-inspired restaurant Tangy Crab will soon open its doors in west Lansing on Saginaw Highway at the former home of Finley’s restaurant.
The new eatery will focus on seafood and traditional southern dishes brings something new to the Lansing area, according to the owners. It will offer southern boils, made with seafood, spices, sauce and sausage.
The restaurant says its boils include shrimp, mussels, scallops, clams, calamari, crawfish, crab legs and lobster cooked with spices. Sides include a loaf of French bread.
