MADRID (Reuters) – Spain will demand a negative PCR test for all travellers arriving from countries with a high risk for coronavirus from Nov.23, the health ministry said on Wednesday.
Spain, one of Europe’s worst COVID-19 hotspots, had increasingly become an exception in the region for its policy of – so far – not asking visitors to provide a PCR test on arrival.
