MOSCOW (Reuters) – Belarusian police detained 633 people at protests across the country on Sunday, the Interior Ministry said in a statement.
Authorities have launched a crackdown on mass demonstrations against Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko that erupted after an Aug. 9 election his opponents say was rigged.
