KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo Public Safety officers say in the evening hours of Monday they were able to contact and confirm the welfare of 73-year-old Janet McDonough.
KDPS thanked the community for their attention and assistance with the search, but no other details were released.

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety (KDPS) is currently looking for 73-year-old Janet McDonough.
McDonough, who suffers from dementia, was last seen by her family in the 300-block of West Michigan Avenue in downtown Kalamazoo at approximately 12:47 p.m. Monday.
She is believed to have left the area on foot.
McDonough is a white female with a thin build, approximately 5’7” tall, last seen wearing slacks and an unknown color shirt. Her photograph is provided in this article; however, citizens should note that McDonough is currently thinner than she appears in the photo.
