CASS COUNTY, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team is announcing a drug bust that occurred on July 28th.
Detectives conducted a traffic stop near the 22000 block of North Shore Drive in Ontwa Township. Upon further investigation, detectives detained and arrested a male driver and female passenger.
During the search of the vehicle, detectives located methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia.
A 20-year-old male was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and other motor vehicle violations. A 24-year-old female was also arrested for outstanding warrants.
The suspect’s name is being withheld pending arraignment on the charges in the 4th district court, and the investigation is still ongoing at this time.
