DOWAGIAC, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team is reporting a drug and weapons bust that occurred Tuesday.
Police served a search warrant at an address in the 100 block of Allen St, in the city of Dowagiac.
Upon further investigation, detectives located Crack Cocaine, a firearm and drug paraphernalia.
A 39-year-old male was arrested at the scene for possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, as well as charges of felony firearm possession.
The suspect’s name is being withheld pending arraignment on the charges of the 4th district court. The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
Assisting with the search was the Dowagiac Police Department and Cass County Felony Detectives.
