PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The City of Portage is continuing its series of movie screenings to be shown in a drive-in theater format this weekend.
The featured film this Friday, July 10, is Jumanji: The Next Level. The event takes place at Ramona Park, located at 8600 South Sprinkle Road in Portage.
This event offers lawn seating, so citizens can bring their own chair or blanket and choose a painted square on the ground for their party to sit and watch while social distancing from others. All spaces open at 4:30 p.m. and are first come, first serve.
Admission is free and open to the public.
No movie concessions will be available other than the food trucks, but citizens can bring their own snacks.
At Friday at the Flats, local food trucks and vendors offer a wide variety of food“to go” only from 5 – 8 p.m. No additional seating will be available. Attendees can enjoy food from Cairo’s Kitchen, Neighborhood BBQ, Ibison Concessio, Specialty Cheesecake and Coffee Rescue.

- August 7: “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker”
- August 21: “Onward”
