KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Ascension Michigan has released an updated list of guidelines for visiting patients at their facilities.
The list includes the following:
- Visitors will not be permitted for patients who are suspected of or have COVID-19
- One visitor will be permitted at a time, and masks are required
- All visitors must undergo a health care screening before entering the facility
- Visitors should wash hands and use hand sanitizer before/after their visit
- It is strongly recommended that all visitors be 18-year-old or older
- Visitors should contact the patient’s care team before visiting, as hours will vary
