KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — An investigation is underway after a man was shot and injured on Kalamazoo’s Northside.
Around 3 a.m. Sunday a man showed up at Bronson Hospital with a single non-life threatening gunshot wound. He said that he was shot by another man in the 600 block of Ada Street near Burrell Avenue during an attempted robbery.
Very little suspect information was provided but the victim said he last saw the suspect fleeing on foot in an unknown direction.
Kalamazoo Public Safety officers responded the scene, canvassed for potential witnesses, and gathered evidence, but no other information has been released at this time.
