THREE RIVERS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department is seeking charges against a White Pigeon man after they located a stolen vehicle and trailer in Three Rivers.
On Friday, authorities were called to the area of Lutz Road near M-86 for a report of a suspicious vehicle.
Deputies along with Three Rivers Police located the vehicle at the American Legion Post 170. It was pulling an enclosed trailer registered to a business out of Kansas.
Authorities determine that the trailer was stolen out of Elkhart County, Indiana earlier that morning. They contacted the owners who were able to identify several items that had been removed from the trailer and placed inside the pick-up.
Authorities are now seeking charges against a 28-year-old White Pigeon man in reference to the stolen property.
