BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — An elderly woman missing from Battle Creek has been located and is safe.
Around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Battle Creek Police reported that 82-year-old Helen Carbine was found in good health at a friend’s house.

BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Battle Creek Police are asking for the public’s help locating an elderly woman who has slight signs of dementia.
82-year-old Helen Carbine was last seen near her residence in the 100 block of Lois Drive near Capital Avenue around 1 a.m. Tuesday. She is approximately 5′ 2″, 155 pounds, and was last seen wearing a brown coat and pants. No other description has been given.
Authorities say Carbine has slight signs of dementia and didn’t take her medication.
