KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Kalamazoo Township police continue to investigate an attempted murder at an apartment complex early Friday morning.
Authorities responded to a report of shots fired in the 2100 block of Sunnyside Drive off of Gull Road at around 1:50 am.
Upon arrival, officers found a 33-year-old man with non-life threatening injuries. The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Officers believe this was not a random act, and the general public was not the target.
