BENTON TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A Benton Harbor man could face up to life in prison for the shooting death of his girlfriend last year in Berrien County.
On Thursday 22-year-old Marion Perry Jr. was charged with open murder, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and felony firearm.
Perry is accused of shooting 19-year-old Uniqua Jones in the 200 block of Concord Road at the Blossom Acre Apartments in Benton Township back on November 30th. She was rushed to Spectrum Health Lakeland where she later died.
His bond is set at $2-million and he’s due back in court on March 13th.
