KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — UPDATE: 50-year-old Daniel Clemtsen was successfully contacted by law enforcement officials on the morning of March 3.
Police say that his welfare has been confirmed. The following statement was released –

The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety is requesting public assistance in finding a missing man.
Police began investigating the disappearance of 50-year-old Daniel Clemtsen on February 27th. Police say that Clemtsen boarded a Metro Bus at the Kalamazoo Transportation Center around 1 p.m.
He has not been heard from or seen since.
According to investigators, Daniel has several medical conditions, creating the need for his welfare to be checked.
He is described as a white male, approximately 5’8”, 160 lbs, with grey / blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray and red zip up sweatshirt, a yellow winter coat, blue jeans and work boots.
