BANGOR TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A southwest michigan home was severely damaged after a fire broke out on Tuesday morning.
The incident happened around 10:00 A.M. on 66th Street in Bangor Township, where crews were dispatched not long after to prevent the rapidly spreading flames from bringing down the house.
South Haven Area Emergency Services says that they believe the fire originally started in the kitchen of the home. All occupants of the home were able to quickly evacuate to safety right after it broke out.
Multiple crews of fire departments from Columbia, Covert, Hartford, and South Haven responded to the incident.
