KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety officers arrested a suspect who robbed a victim trying to buy a cell phone.
The victim met with the suspect and instead of selling the phone, the suspect displayed a handgun and stole the victim’s money.
Officers were able to identify the suspect and arrested them at their appartment.
Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety officers remind individuals when buying or selling items online to conduct transactions in a safe public well-lit location.
