KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — New footage has been released of the individual suspected of killing 52-year-old Victor Simon Davis at a Kalamazoo restaurant this week.
Police say that Davis was killed after being fired at near the Fish Express on Riverview Drive in the Eastside Neighborhood just before 9 p.m. Wednesday, January 8th.
The gunman suspected of shooting Davis fled the scene and is currently at large as officers continue their search.
On Friday, The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety released surveillance photos of the suspect running past nearby cameras. The person is seen wearing black pants, a black hoodie, and possibly holding a gun.
The restaurant was taped off Wednesday night and authorities were seen investigating a black Cadillac in the parking lot which was apparently where the victim was located.
Davis was later pronounced dead after being rushed to the hospital following the incident.
Police are continuing to search for a suspect, and no information regarding there identity or potential whereabouts has been released at this time.
