KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Kalamazoo Foundation for Excellence (FFE) has begun accepting applications for an open position on the Board of Directors.
The position is for a stakeholder director position. Officials say that this position represents housing, and all applicants are expected to have previous experience in that area.
Interested applicants can apply online or by filling out a hard copy. Applications are being accepted until January 31st.

Hard copies of the form can also be obtained by visiting branches of the Kalamazoo Public Library or the City Manager’s Office in City Hall.

According to the application, citizens do not need to live in Kalamazoo to have their applications considered.
Kalamazoo officials say that the Foundation For Excellence is a “unique innovation by the City of Kalamazoo and private donors to address systemic challenges to the prosperity of the city.”
