KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A new survey meant to discover the best beer cities in America lists both Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids in its final cut.
A survey created by beer website beerandbrewing.com asked readers to vote on their favorite beer cities and breweries.
Among the top ten winners, both Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids tied for 7th place in a list of 20. The number one winner for cities was a tie between Boulder and Denver, CO.
No bar from either Kalamazoo or Grand Rapids was listed in the top 20 favorite breweries survey, besides Hopcat, which has multiple locations including Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids.
However, Falling Rock Tap House (Denver, CO.) and Finn’s Manor (Denver, CO.) both placed 1st and 20th, respectively.
