BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Michigan State Troopers are investigating a crash that left one dead in Calhoun County early Sunday.
It happened around 3 a.m. at 11 Mile Road near Q-Drive South where authorities say a 2002 Ford Ranger pickup truck crashed. Authorities are uncertain at this time how the crash actually happened.
Passenger, 49-year-old Richelle Lazarus of Burlington, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, a 46-year-old male, also of Burlington, was transported to Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo for treatment.
