OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A suspect involved in liquor store robbery has been identified by police.
Previously, police responded to a report of a robbery at the Bronco Liquor near KL Avenue and Drake Road on Thursday, December 5th. The suspect was shot in the process and later arrested.
The suspect has now been identified as Taylon Tarkata Thompson, a 27-year-old Kalamazoo resident.
Thompson has since been arraigned in court on an armed robbery charge. He is currently lodged at the Kalamazoo County Jail.
This incident remains under investigation at this time. Anyone with information or video of the incident is asked to contact the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office or Silent Observer.
