KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety is asking for assistance in identifying the suspect or suspects who robbed the Omni CommunityCredit union on East Cork Street in Kalamazoo on August 27th.
The suspect fired a couple shots inside the credit union before he took off with an unknown amount of cash. Nobody was injured.
Now, the credit union is offering a $10,000 reward for information resulting in the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
The main suspect is described as a black male in his thirties, approximately sixfoot tall with a slender build wearing a dark hooded colored sweatshirt, black pants, and dark colored gloves.
The FBI released a sketch of the suspected robber and anyone with information should contact Kalamazoo Public Safety at 269-488-8911 or Silent Observer at 269-343-2100.
