UNDATED (WKZO AM/FM) – Apparently a frosty winter is on the way.
According to predictions in the Farmers’ Almanac, the coming winter season will provide a “polar coaster” of frosty temps.
Almanac editor Pete Geiger says that cold temps and a lot of snow is expected. October and November are expected to be cool and wet, followed by a cold December and beyond.
The Almanac, which has been making predictions for over 200 years, has a record of being about 80-percent accurate.
