KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Residents in a portion of Kalamazoo’s Edison Neighborhood can now use their water without boiling it.
City officials lifted the precautionary advisory around 5:30 p.m. Sunday for homeowners on a portion of Lake Street, Francis Court, and Fulford Street.
The advisory was put in place last week as crews worked to replace a water valve on Lake Street.
Recent samples verify that the water is now safe to drink.
