KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Kalamazoo County Youth Fair officially kicks off Tuesday at the expo center and fairgrounds.
There are theme day activities throughout the week for the kids as well as entertainment, hundreds of farm animals, carnival rides, exhibits and more.
Tuesday is Science Day with Mad Science demonstrations, Virtual Reality experiences and free play-doh for the kids.
Wednesday is Fairytale Day with a princess show and tea Party. Kids will also receive a free teacup sipper or rubber duck.
Thursday’s theme is Planes, Trains & Automobiles with a free Hot Wheels car or a Build-A-Car kit as well as the AirZoo’s F16 Flight Simulator, trolley bus rides, and “The World’s Smallest Airshow” at 5 p.m.
Friday is Buzz About Books Day featuring programming from local libraries, a beekeeping demo, a Fortnite tournament, and a Robotics demo on top of free books.
Saturday is Western Day with a free cowboy hat or western mask. The Lost Nations Rodeo will take place 7:30 p.m.
