OSCEOLA, IN — The St. Joseph County Police Department of Indiana has confirmed that human remains discovered in Osceola, IN, belong to a Decatur woman missing since last November.
Michigan State Police say that Natily Nacole Franklin was last seen in South Bend, IN among a group of friends.
The remains were discovered in March by a civilian who was searching for deer antler sheds.
The case is still being investigated at this time, and will be updated as more information becomes available.
