HOWARD TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — An Indiana teen is dead after a shooting during a gathering in Cass County.
Deputies say that 18-year-old Dayman Chatman of South Bend was at a large get-together on Yankee Street, less than 2-miles from Niles High School, when he was fatally shot around 2 a.m. Sunday.
Investigators say the homeowner was not present at the time of the gathering.
So far no arrests have been made, but they’re questioning more witnesses for information.
