LANSING, MI (WLMI) — A 14-year effort to create a memorial to officers killed in the line of duty in Michigan is culminating tomorrow.
A ceremony will be held in Lansing east of the Hall of Justice to dedicate the Michigan Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Monument.
All 588 names of fallen officers on the monument will be read aloud after the formal ceremony, which starts at 3 p.m. Friday.
