WAYLAND TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM)– Ellie Kay Haitov, 27, faces a charge of assaulting a federal officer after she allegedly head-butted and kicked a police officer at Gun Lake Casino.
Officers arrived after Haitov became drunk and disorderly and refused to leave the venue.
She resisted arrest, and fought back against the arresting officer.
Due to the casino being under federal jurisdiction, Haitov will be tried in federal court.
