THREE RIVERS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A Kalamazoo man is now in the St. Joseph County Jail after an argument with his brother almost turned violent.
Three Rivers Police were called to a home on 5th Avenue near Jefferson Street early Sunday morning after neighbors reported that the two brothers were shouting at each other outside.
One brother claimed his other brother had a knife and attempted to attack him but fled on foot when officers arrived.
He was spotted running near Riverside Cemetery, surrendered after seeing the police K-9, and was arrested for aggravated domestic assault.
