PAW PAW, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Former students of ITT Technical Institute will reach a settlement with a loan company, Attorney General Dana Nessel announced Wednesday.
Michigan alone will receive a $15.3 Million dollar settlement, which will be dispersed to students in the form of debt relief.
loaning company CUSO allegedly pressured students into taking loans at higher rates than Federal loans, and then threatened expulsion if they didn’t take it.
