KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — June 19th is free park day in Kalamazoo County.
Families can enjoy free admission at all five Kalamazoo County Parks, Robert Morris Park in Comstock Township, Ramona Park in Portage, and Upjohn Park & Kik Pool in the City of Kalamazoo.
Families can also enter for a chance to win a grand prize of either a Kalamazoo County Parks annual pass, a free boat rental at Ramona Park, Kik Pool passes, along with other giveaways while supplies last.
Special activities will take place at the following participating parks:
- Robert Morris Park location at 8415 East H Ave
- Upjohn Park & Kik Pool located at 1018 Walter St
- Ramona Park located at 8600 South Sprinkle Rd
- River Oaks County Park located at 9202 East Michigan Ave.
- All the other Kalamazoo County Parks (Cold Brook, Markin Glen, Prairie View, and Scotts Mill) will be free on June 19 as well.
