PAVILION TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Three people are in custody after a deputy discovered a gunshot victim limping down the street in Pavilion Township.
The Kalamazoo County Sheriff deputy on patrol spotted the man heading northbound on South 29th Street between E O Avenue and E ON Avenue around 7:40 p.m. Tuesday and noticed he had a wound to his head and a gunshot wound to his leg.
Three suspects nearby were quickly detained but no further information on what sparked the shooting was released.
The victim was rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident is still under investigation.
