BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The man charged in a hit and run accident last October which killed a pedestrian near Bronson Battle Creek Hospital entered no contest pleas on Monday to a pair of felony charges.
51-year-old Kevin Frederick entered the pleas to charges of failure to stop at the scene of an accident resulting in death and operating a vehicle with a suspended license resulting in death.
Frederick is looking at a maximum prison sentence of 15 years when he is sentenced on July 1st.
41-year-old Trish Albrecht was killed when police say she was struck by Frederick’s pickup truck.
