SPRINGFIELD (WKZO AM/FM) — A Calhoun County man suffered life-threatening injuries during the noon-hour yesterday.
They say it appears he was run over by his own vehicle.
Deputies have not explained how he did it. The 56-year-old Athens man was found in a parking lot on private property in the 800 block of Goguac Street, near Springfield, and rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery.
He was admitted in critical condition.
Deputies are only saying it remains under investigation.
